These Production Leadership positions are responsible for overseeing all aspects of production & staff development. Manages, motivates, & supports personnel. Plans, schedules, strategizes, & oversees production while maintaining profitability. Responsible for enforcing company policies/health/safety. Must be highly motivated with great attention to detail, & have solid written & verbal communication skills.
