Our Company Overview:

CHOR YFS Foster Care Program has been offering a unique, full continuum of foster care services to help many children in Pennsylvania. With offices in Reading and Bethlehem, PA we strive to assist children involved with both child welfare agencies and juvenile justice agencies. To provide individualized services for children, we currently offer various levels of foster parent services dependent on client need. We are a trauma focused program that incorporates clinical interventions while providing care to the youth placed in our foster homes.

Our traditional and specialized foster care program provide foster families with agency support, medical insurance offered to youth in our care, assistance to referral for additional services, ongoing training, 24/7 on call services and reimbursement for the care of the youth in your foster home.

There is high demand for individuals and families who can foster sibling groups, teens, juvenile justice involved teens and LGBTQ youth.

Our program promotes a youth’s desire to develop social, academic, and emotional skills for future success. By modeling pro-social family life, we assist youth in developing healthy relationships with their peers and adults. Constructive role modeling by Foster Parents is a cornerstone of the agency.
