The Office Administrative Assistant will answer incoming calls, texts, emails, as well as facilitate communication to and from service technicians, management, and other staff. Other duties include general data entry, filing, information management, and the use of spreadsheets. Experience and creativity with wordpress, and social media marketing is also a plus.
Due to the nature of the job, a high level of organization, multi-tasking and attention to detail are a necessity. We are seeking someone who is driven to work with good attendance. Computer skills are also important but we will provide training on the specific software and systems we use.
Phone skills and flexibility are also very important. This position will be communicating with our most important asset – our customers. Polite, friendly and fast goes a long way with customers.
8 hour shift (On site)
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
