Position Summary:
Penske is looking for a customer focused individual who wants to assist
our sales team and work with our customer base. Administrative and
customer support will be provided to coordinate the completion of
vehicle purchase transactions. Daily interaction with sales reps,
customers and Penske's field locations via phone & e-mail
communication will be required. This position is essential for ensuring
that sales are finalized quickly and accurately and customers have a
good purchase experience.

Major Responsibilities:
-Â Vehicle sale coordination to include: invoicing and document
completion, confirming with field locations that vehicles are ready for
pickup, collecting payments and providing customer assistance
-Â Obtaining signed documents from customers
-Â Entering sales related information into SalesForce.com and
Fleetnet systems
-Â Answering customer and Penske associate phone calls that come
into the department
-Â Updating Microsoft Access and excel spreadsheets for report
generation
-Â Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
-Â 2+ years of administrative support and customer service
experience required
-Â Requires strong organizational and time
management skills and the ability to multitask.
-Â Requires strong
communication skills and able to work well with others-Â High
School Diploma or equivalent required
-Â Associates or Bachelors
degree preferred-Â Proficiency in the use of Microsoft programs
and strong overall computer skills required-Â Bi-lingual is a
plus
-Â Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential
function of the job
-Â Willingness to travel as necessary, work the
required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete
Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to
include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug
screening are required
