Property Manager & Maintenance Professional Wanted
We manage a growing portfolio of rental properties in Potsville and surrounding areas, and we’re seeking a full-time Property Manager with a strong maintenance background to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee property management and maintenance needs.
Perform basic repairs and handy-work; knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing is a plus.
Coordinate with and maintain a network of professional contractors (e.g., electricians, plumbers).
Requirements:
Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
Strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Previous experience in property management or maintenance is preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
