Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal skills
- Well organized and ability to work independently
- Energetic personality
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Timely in all work and attendance
Primary Job Function:
Responsible for working as part of a team to support the Comfort Consultant in prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified leads. The primary focus of this role to provide support so the sales team can operate effectively on a day to day basis. The lead generator will generate new leads via direct customer engagement in wholesale storefront. $10/hour plus $25 per lead generated and an additional $100 for each sold job.
Work Hours:
Monday-Friday 3:00 pm 7:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am 1:00 pm
