Hails Home Improvements is looking for a leader. We specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodels right here in Berks county. All work on the schedule is in Berks. We start at 8am and finish at 4 daily. Our business is centered around families. Time off is never an issue.
Pay is dependent on experience, but I am looking for someone with years of experience in the remodeling industry. If you are just starting out, this is not the position for you. Everyone on our team is an Ace and the new hire will be too.
We handle jobs from demolition to punch list with few (if any) subs. Our company is schedule focused and we like to take care of everything we can in house if possible.
The person that fills this position will be well spoken, clean cut, organized, knowledgeable, and hard working. We supply all needed large tools for projects, but you would need your own small tools.
I focus on paying my people well. Most of my guys are making more w/ me right here in Berks county than they've ever made before. All of my guys are independent contractors. As such, I can pay them far more than I could otherwise. Hence the flexibility in scheduling too. The work is here for THEM, not the other way around.
Our projects are top end. We handle aspects including demo, light electrical and plumbing, framing, drywall and mud, paint, finish carpentry, and tile. We do a LOT of bathrooms, so tile experience is a big plus.
Anyway, that's it. I've actually had good success with Craigslist in the past. It seems like the kids don't even know to look here(which is a good thing).
