All Restore, LLC is a family-owned restoration and contracting company based in Pottstown, PA, proudly serving Southeast Pennsylvania. We specialize in full-service repairs for damage caused by fire, water, mold, wind, and natural disasters. The Lead Carpenter role is ideal for an experienced carpenter with 5–10 years of residential or commercial remodeling and repair experience. The Lead Carpenter is responsible for overseeing assigned job sites, performing quality carpentry work, and ensuring timely project completion. This position requires strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks ibnlt framing, drywall, cabinetry, flooring, trim, minor plumbing, electrical, & roofing

Lead and manage job sites, including planning, measurements, material procurement, and completing punch lists

Perform emergency mitigation work such as water, fire, smoke, and mold damage cleanup and site demo

Interpret blueprints and building plans to determine job specifications and materials required

Install walls, ceilings, floors, roofs, windows, doors, and cabinetry with precision and quality workmanship

Repair, replace, or install structural components using appropriate tools and safety practices

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site, company vehicle, and warehouse

Train and mentor crew members, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with local building codes, permit requirements, and safety regulations

Attend and conduct company and customer meetings, safety trainings, and quality checks

Represent All Restore with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first attitude

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

5–10 years of hands-on carpentry experience including framing, cabinetry, drywall, flooring, and tile

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

Excellent time management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills with team members and customers

Professional demeanor and adherence to company policies and procedures

Working knowledge of local building codes, permits, and ordinances

Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks indoors and outdoors

Proficiency with hand and power tools, machinery, and jobsite equipment

Certifications in emergency mitigation services (water, fire, smoke, mold) are a plus

Physical/Mental Requirements

Ability to lift and carry 50 to 100 pounds to a height of 3 to 5 feet

Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions

Capable of standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and walking for extended periods

Manual dexterity and strength to operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely and effectively

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail

Mental stamina to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong situational awareness and adherence to safety protocols on all job sites

Position requires a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
