Venezia Bulk Transport, a family owned and operated trucking company since 1967 and 19 terminals is looking for 2 tractor trailer mechanics in our growing shop in Pottstown PA. We are looking for 1st shift Mechanics in a small family atmosphere shop. Can be a trainee or a mechanic with experience. Pay is based on experience.
This individual will be repairing diesel trucks trailers such as PM's, brakes, lights, tires, no bodywork and no major repairs such as engine rebuilds, transmissions, rears, etc. Shift is Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM or 11AM to 8PM. 401K, $400 tool allowance, $100 boot allowance, uniforms, and excellent health benefits, yearly increases/reviews. 3 vacation days after 90 days, 1 week vac and 3 sick after 1 year. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
-Preferred to have some type of mechanical experience
-MUST be able to work independently and be a self-starter
-MUST be able to train on and perform preventative maintenance
-ABS brake system knowledge preferred but not required to start
-CDL Class A or B preferred (not required) More for CDL A or B.
