Aerotek is hiring Production workers in Red Lion, PA!Description:Candidates will be using hand tools and a tape measure to follow work instructions and assemble various products. All lifting will be done as a team but should be comfortable lifting up to 30-35lbs on their own a handful of times per shift. There is also opportunity to train on machinery once hired on.2nd Shift 2p-10:20p (working about 1-2 hour of overtime per day)Responsibilities
Learn and have working knowledge of all equipment and machinery within the Ceiling Grid department.
Position parts and monitor operations on equipment while producing product at established production standards.
Inspect panels or parts to verify specifications meet quality standards while maintaining established production standards. Notifies appropriate personnel of issues.
Complete production reporting and quality paperwork accurately as required.
Use banding equipment and hand-jacks to ensure proper movement or storage of product or material.
Maintain good housekeeping and follow established safety procedures.
Maintain awareness of individual contribution to and impact of the quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance policies and activities; report all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the proper personnel.
