Lewis Rd , Ste 210, Royersford , PA 19468County: Montgomery CountyPRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage, prequalify, and forward Chat Window leads generated from our AME industrial equipment website pages to local sales consultants.Immediately respond and prequalify leads generated from the following inbound lead sources: Crane Advisor, Build and Quote, Call Center, Partner Programs, Web form submissions, Live Demo requests and other inbound lead development programs.Consult with customers regarding suitable lifting applications and answer technical questions.Collaborate with sales management and sales consultants for outbound customer segment lead generation opportunities.Outbound prospecting utilizing paid leads database, digital and social media platforms and existing customers CRM database.Maintains daily activities in customer relationship management tools by tracking calls, emails, and interactions with customers during lead development process.
