Summary: Supports the company’s mission and vision by designing and developing consistent eLearning, Instructor Led programs and performance improvement support materials that are relevant, accurate, and effective. Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) learning design software creating SCORM content with Captivate, Articulate 360, or similar authoring tools in creating eLearning and blended learning approaches for courses/programs/curriculum development. Must possess a foundational understanding of Instructional Design theory. Must have experience teaching/leading Instructor-Led courses/programs in both physical classroom and virtual settings along with exemplary written and oral communication skills. Must be organized, flexible, and able to deal with ambiguous situations both in and out of the classroom setting. Proficiency in MS Office/O365 is required. Bachelor’s Degree is Preferred. Designs and develops eLearning content and/or Instructor Led programs based on business needs.
Interacts with SMEs in planning and scoping requirements for training curriculums.
Uses the ADDIE instructional design model and adult learning theory to guide the design process.
Develops client specific training and visual/audio learning tools to include, job aids, handouts, and exercises as part of training solutions.
Conducts Needs Analysis and recommends the most effective training technologies.
Conducts classroom & virtual instruction on leadership soft skills.
Other Duties:
Partners with other team members of the training team on Training and Development projects.
Other duties as assigned.
