Experienced Line Cook
Make sure cook stations and prep areas are properly set up, stocked, and meet health/safety standards.
Prepare components of menu items per recipe
Chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
Report to the executive chef and follow instructions.
Clean prep areas and tools.
Stock inventory and supplies.
Cook items with the support of the kitchen staff.
Knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods are preferred.
Good communication and organizational skills are necessary.
Ability to multitask is necessary.
Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team.
