Highly successful and fast-paced top quality real estate investment company seeking a bright, energetic, and driven individual for a punch-out technician/project manager role who will be primarily responsible for managing the finish of multiple quick-turn residential investment projects and overseeing small residential rehabilitation projects.
Candidates must:
be dependable
be detail oriented
have a high-stress tolerance
be comfortable with technology
have a basic knowledge of construction
have at least two years proven successful experience
be able to manage multiple projects at once,
be able to keep up with this fast-paced industry while staying detail oriented
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
Duties will include:
negotiating with subcontractors
finding creative and innovative solutions
minor HVAC service/repair
minor plumbing
minor electrical
full and touch-up painting
drywall installation and repair
light trim work
caulking
general construction cleanup
managing laborers
maintaining accurate records regarding the status of jobs in progress
ensure quality finish of properties in a timely and efficient manner
