WE NEED A ROOFING CONTRACTOR. This ad is for someone with knowledge of roofing (e.g., rubber, EPDM, shingles, etc.) (with long-term projects available through winter if you know other trades or can provide other contracting services). We have a sufficient number of customers and locations where you could easily remain busy for 30-60 hours per week.
HOW WILL YOU BE COMPENSATED? We track hours at locations and allocate $14-$16 an hour STARTING rate of compensation depending on experience. Existing roofing and/or other contracting experience, or other knowledge are all a plus. You are allowed to choose your own hours and even your own plan, but we are counting on someone who is reliable and efficient or otherwise we reserve the right to stop supplying project opportunities to you.
HOW SOON CAN YOU START? We are looking for someone who is available immediately (or at lest within the next 30 days).
WHAT'S EXPECTED? You must be capable of working independently (by yourself) or with other contractors. You must have a method of transportation to various locations. You must be knowledge in roofing trades (and/or in other skilled carpentry trades).
