We are seeking a Director of Supportive Housing to oversee the staff that supports our members for our expanding organization. Our benefits include trainings to increase salary, low-cost health insurance, contributions to retirement and more.

Responsibilities:

Management of staff of Program Supervisors/Case Managers that ensure the safety, health, and wellbeing of our community members.

Ensure members are utilizing patient-directed services as needed and perform check-ins regularly. Travel is up to 70% of the time through areas of services.

Ensure property management and program documentation to be compliant with fire, safety, health, agency, and licensing standards.

Monitor program budgets and program-assigned funds.

Develop, monitor, and evaluate programs in compliance with the current regulations.

Develop strong relationships with community agencies, businesses, community leaders, and neighborhood-based organizations (Community Boards, Police Precincts, local service providers, community groups, etc.) and developing additional program resources when appropriate.

Qualifications and Skills:

Master’s degree required; LMSW preferred.

Experience in direct client-facing service delivery in a human service setting.

Experience working with various ages, diverse populations, and a wide range of diagnoses, including dual diagnosis is required.

Prior experience in the design, implementation, and evaluation of behaviorally oriented treatment programs, assessment, training, and follow-up services are preferred.

Minimum of three years of management experience in a human service setting.

Required experience in housing-based services.

Demonstrable achievement through supervisory, staff development, program management, and budgetary skills.

Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
