We are looking for a buyers agent. Your main role will be to handle incoming inquires in our system and nurture them until they are ready to find a home. Once they are ready, you'll show them homes and help them with the home buying process.
Please note this is a commission only job. No Guaranteed pay, but the sky is the limit. We have a proven process and system for agents who are dedicated. Any Questions, Feel Free to ask!
Responsibilities
Answer Incoming Leads through our systems
Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability
Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding
Advise on the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases
Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
Complete important legal documents (contracts, agreements etc)
Generate and manage lists of properties for sale
Collaborate and network with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys and other external stakeholders
Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices
Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers
Skills
Proven working experience as a real estate broker
Proven track record of sales
Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
Trustworthy and results-driven
Basic knowledge of Google Docs, CRMs, and email/text.
Valid licence to practice the profession of real estate broker
Our Team has helped plenty of agents go from 0-100k. This job is strictly commission, but with our systems and some hard work, most make 50k+ in their first year with many future opportunities available.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
