Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
Engage in proactive outreach to prospective clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for B2B sales initiatives.
Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights into performance and areas for improvement.
Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the company’s services and expand professional connections.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or direct sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Familiarity with staffing sales.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Experience in account management or customer service is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
