As a Call Center Agent for HomeOwnerFunding, you will speak with customers via inbound calls and outbound dials, regarding interest he or she has shown in our home repair programs. During the call you will qualify customers into programs, address concerns, overcome objections, and ultimately schedule the customer for an in-home appointment with a program consultant.
