We’re hiring motivated sales professionals to present our premium water treatment solutions to homeowners at pre-scheduled, confirmed appointments—no cold calls, no door-knocking.
Primary Responsibilities:
Travel to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners in your local metro area
Conduct in-home product demos and provide custom quotes for our water filtration solutions
Use a value-based sales approach with honesty and integrity
Attend ongoing training and regular sales meetings
Perform other related duties as needed
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license (required)
Willingness to travel up to 2 hours daily for appointments (required)
Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. of product samples (required)
Comfortable using an iPad and basic digital applications (required)
No prior outside sales experience needed – we’ll teach you
A willingness to follow a proven sales process
Strong closer mindset with a passion for helping customers
Compensation:
Uncapped, commission-only pay structure
Top performers earn between $80,000–$220,000+ annually
Performance-based bonuses available
ICBA contractor insurance available
