What We’re Looking For:
Experienced Professionals: Prior experience in epoxy installation and/or polished concrete is required.
Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is essential as travel is a significant part of this role.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in various locations across Pennsylvania.

What You’ll Do:
Epoxy Installation: Prepare, apply, and finish epoxy flooring systems with precision and attention to detail, including decorative epoxies, countertops, and both interior and exterior applications. Candidates should have a good knowledge of coating types such as polyaspartics, polyureas, and the installation of vapor barriers to protect against moisture transmission.
Concrete Polishing: Grind, polish, and seal concrete surfaces to create stunning finishes for a range of environments.
Collaborative Work: Partner with team members to complete projects efficiently and with the highest quality.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure clients are thrilled with the final product by delivering top-notch craftsmanship.
