With the recent closing of a nearby Chrysler Dealer, The Factory has asked us to take over the service and repair of their existing customers which includes many fleet and truck customers.
Motorworld is seeking Diesel/Truck technicians to join our team as we take over service and repair responsibilities for existing customers from a nearby closing Chrysler dealership. This includes serving numerous fleet and truck customers. Our technicians can expect a premier hiring package with flexible options for all skill levels to handle our capacity with the need for experienced technicians to take on a mentor role for the next generation while maintaining the work flow of the shop.
We consistently run with a 30-day supply of work and our goal is to implement 4-day work weeks to increase production while rewarding our employees with an additional 52 days off per year.
