Large multi-state home improvement company headquartered in Scranton, PA seeks a residential customer service specialist and project coordinator to join our installation management team. Position will be in our Scranton location.
Knowledge of construction a MUST
The candidate should have excellent communications skills as well as a high proficiency is all aspects of computer skills. (E-mail, excel, word and Quickbooks)
Essential job duties will include:
Communicating with customers
Scheduling of residential remodeling projects
Ordering of construction materials
Fielding service calls
Communicating with material vendors
This position is very fast paced and requires a competent person with a "get it done attitude"
