Demonstrates solid communication and comprehensive documentation, enhancing caregiver collaboration.
Actively participates in shared governance, goal setting, and quality improvement efforts to enhance patient care and the work environment.
Utilizes research and evidence-based practice to improve clinical care and patient satisfaction
Registered Nursing experience required.
Build positive, caring relationships with staff, executives, physicians, and patients/families.
Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Physical stamina required for frequent walking, standing, and patient positioning.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances
Registered Nurse active license
BLS or CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
