Audit and evaluate products, materials, and labeling for compliance.
Maintain and update quality systems documentation, procedures, and specifications.
Complete daily Quality Control documentation for specification conformance.
Oversee document control program.
Inspect finished products and address discrepancies with relevant teams.
Conduct special projects for the Director of Quality or management.
Research new confection product concepts and flavors.
Maintain environmental monitoring program and develop corrective actions as needed
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or 1-2 years experience in food manufacturing.
Detail oriented.
NEEDS hands-on Quality experience
