This position will be responsible for performing experimental studies within the Parenteral and Liquid group in Drug Product Development related to the formulation development and testing of therapeutic proteins, virus like molecules, CAR-T based systems and other therapeutic modalities. Overall the candidate will perform particle analysis, cell culture, basic molecular biology techniques, and spectroscopy analysis.Analytical experiments in support of mammalian cell culture activities.Perform laboratory techniques, including but not limited to: aseptic expansion of mammalian cell culture and routine analytical procedures on cell culture samples.Gain understanding of culture parameters in general (cell growth rate, cell density, viability, population doubling, metabolites and cell waste, etc.). Record analytical results into data sheets and/or electronic note books. Responsible for data integrity and accuracy.
