Support method and critical reagent qualifications
Utilize laboratory techniques such asmammalian cell culture and routine analytical procedures such as ELISAs, PCR, cell-based assays, and flow cytometry
Responsible for data integrity and accuracy, and document all analytical testing in an electronic laboratory notebook
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Biochemistry, or other related degree concentration with 3 years industry experience (preferred), OR Relevant Masters with 1 year industry experience, ORPhD
Experience with:
​Pipetting (single and multi-channel pipettes)
Flow Cytometry
Aseptic Technique
Cell Culture
qPCR and/or dPCR
ELISA / Immunoassay
Strong computer and organizational skills
Excellent communication (oral and written)
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motived, adaptable, and a can-do attitude
Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Accurate record keeping, experience with electronic notebooks preferred
Follow instructions, and comply with company policies
Experience working in BSL2 labs
Experience with GMP procedures preferred
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Flexibility to travel between Malvern and Spring House 10% of the time
