Pay: $50,000+/year (DOE)
This is a direct hire positionKey Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact for clients
Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times
Uphold confidentiality and maintain compliance with industry practices and regulations
Update and maintain digital databases with accuracy
Monitor account transfers, while keeping clients informed
Prepare forms, letters, reports, emails and presentations with accuracy
Organize and prioritize daily tasks, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Must hold or be willing to obtain valid securities licenses. (Must obtain within first 6 months of employment)
Proven experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry
Strong knowledge of securities industry practices, procedures, and terminology.
Must be highly professional in demeanor with excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client service
Ability to take comprehensive and accurate notes
