The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the wellness program for our residents. Key responsibilities include: Lead, train, and supervise the wellness team to ensure high-quality resident care, including proper medication management and compliance with all relevant regulations.Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and support for residents at all times.Monitor and evaluate staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement ongoing training programs to maintain and improve service quality.Oversee resident wellness initiatives, assist with direct care when necessary, and ensure all programs align with the community's vision and standards.Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in handling various tasks and responsibilities as they arise within the scope of the position.
