Provide support for the learning management system (LMS) the system used to maintain and store employee records for regulatory training. Data entry, employee maintenance, locking of files, enter new modules and revised modules for training, training records, training curricula and maintenance of the learning management system. Identify trends or problems. Understanding, in depth, the business processes supported by the system. Provide customer support to the functional area supporting by working with managers on employee training records, etc. File regulatory documents in employee files. Maintain data integrity of the system and documents managed in a GMP regulatory environment. Ensure continuity and quality by owning the resolution of issues across platforms. Track progress and escalate as appropriate unless resolution reached. Ensure standards and guidelines are applied and maintained across applications for administration, deployment and monitoring of training records. Run reports and work with Global IT on new report requests. SCORM package e-Learning and test e-Learning training. Support 3 shifts when needed. Years of Experience: 3 - 6 Years.
