MAC Workforce Readiness & Recruitment CoordinatorThe University of Pittsburgh - Titusville seeks a dynamic and motivated Workforce Readiness & Recruitment Coordinator to join our Manufacturing Assistance Center (MAC) team. This vital role involves promoting the MAC program in the region, developing workforce readiness skills, and coordinating recruitment efforts for those entering our innovative training programs.Salary: $49,000 - $65,000/yearKey Responsibilities:Marketing & Outreach:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the MAC programs to local businesses, industries, schools, and organizations.
Share job postings with completers and follow up after six months regarding job status.
Organize and participate in community events, job fairs, and informational sessions to increase awareness of the MAC's offerings.
Recruitment & Enrollment:
Coordinate and manage recruitment efforts to attract prospective students.
Collaborate with local high schools, career centers, and industry partners to identify and engage potential candidates.
Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the application and enrollment process.
Community Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local businesses, educational institutions, and community leaders.
Serve as a liaison between the MAC and external partners to foster collaboration and enhance program impact.
Stay current with industry trends and workforce development needs to effectively address community demands. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, recruitment, or program coordination, preferably in an educational or manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
Proficiency in using marketing tools, social media platforms, and recruitment software.

Must be able to use copy machines (change toner and paper when needed and operate standard office equipment). Must have some knowledge of University procedures and be able to function effectively in a fast paced, varied environment.Physical EffortHighly variable.
