You'll own the complete proposal lifecycle—from lead qualification through system design, costing, and contract handover—while collaborating across global teams and time zones.What You'll DoDesign & EngineeringLeverage expertise in mass transfer, fluid dynamics, and inorganic chemistry to design custom ultrapure water (UPW) systemsWork across a diverse equipment portfolio including ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, UV destruction, electrodeionization, and ion exchange technologiesDevelop process flow diagrams, mass balances, equipment selections, and system layouts with Process EngineeringProposal LeadershipOwn proposal schedules and coordinate resources across engineering teamsManage vendor and subcontractor relationships throughout the proposal cycleEvaluate technical specifications, manage scope changes, and ensure on-time deliveryCollaborate with other engineering disciplines (electrical, mechanical, etc.) to develop comprehensive proposal packagesClient EngagementCreate compelling proposal documents that showcase Veolia's superior process designs and integrated solutionsSupport Sales with technical consultations and customer presentationsTranslate complex engineering into clear client communication.
