RN - Regional Director of Clinical OperationsCommuniCare Health Services is currently recruiting an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse, BSN preferred, for the position of Regional Director of Clinical Operations. This position covers our Pennsylvania and West Virginia facilities. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience in Nursing Consulting and Long Term Care. Experience as a DON is preferred.Estimated Salary Range: $120k-130k/annuallyThe Regional Director of Clinical Operations is a key management position whose responsibilities will include:

Evaluate facility compliance to clinical policy, procedure, and care.

Visit facilities weekly for intervention, audit and training.

Train new nursing management.

Monitor readiness for State Survey and assist during surveys

Aid in the Plan of Correction process

Current RN license, BSN preferred, in the State of West Virginia and/or Pennsylvania.

At least 3 - 5 years experience in Long Term Care and Nursing Consulting

Previous DON experience preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multi-task and oversee functions at multiple facilities on a daily basis

Ability to travel throughout region

Must maintain current CPR certification
