The Pennsylvania State University is seeking a part-time Administrative Support to assist the Restorative Justice Initiative (RJI) in the College of Education. The successful candidate will coordinate administrative needs for the program and RJI staff. Additionally, the successful candidate will:Provide administrative and logistical support for the RJI team, and others associated with the the program;Support the management of financial accounts by monitoring expenditures, maintaining financial records, and preparing financial reports in collaboration with the College Finance Office;Manage daily operational office activities and set priorities;Coordinate and assist in preparing unit reports and documents by gathering, organizing, and summarizing information from several sources, including LionPath, SIMBA and SAP ConcurOversee and coordinate logistics of workshops, events, and programs offered by the RJI; andEngage in shared collaboration in developing community engagement programs.If you are interested in applying, please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your interest and qualifications to professor Efrain Marimon at eam5761@psu.edu.The Pennsylvania State University is committed to and accountable for advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability in all of its forms.
