BA 411 is the capstone Smeal undergraduate course. It provides students with a methodology for analyzing businesses and trains the student to prepare and professionally present business analysis reports.As a BA 411 Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for leading a weekly lab section of approximately 50 students, instructing the students in business analysis practices, and grading all student coursework. CAPSIM business simulation is the foundation for the students to apply knowledge and analytics to running a fictitious company. It is an incredibly robust simulation that will become the basis for all of your students' analysis. We are looking for motivated individuals who want to learn more about business analysis and the interrelated functions of business as well as make an impact on the future graduates of the Smeal College of Business.Teaching and/or professional work experience is preferred, but not necessary to succeed in the position. Candidates should be available for one full academic year. Candidates are asked to upload a cover letter and up-to-date resume.
