Penn State's College of Engineering seeks to hire a research assistant. Job duties include research on the following: Summer researcher will investigate the design space of resource-sharing dynamically specified near-memory accelerators in a multi-tennantcomputing environment. Expectations include the use of state of the art modeling tools built as extensions to the Gem5 simulation framework and the development of novel analytical models for estimating performance, interference, and exploring alternative scheduling models for dynamically instantiated accelerators on Coarse Grain Reconfigurable Architecture (CGRA) fabrics.The Pennsylvania State University is committed to and accountable for advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability in all of its forms.
