The Department of Nutritional Sciences (Nutr) seeks candidates for potential part-time teaching appointment.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Master's degree or Doctoral degree in nutrition or a closely related field.

Teaching opportunities may include: Nutr 100, Nutrition Applications for a Healthy Lifestyle, (3 credits), Nutr 251, Introductory Principles of Nutrition, (3 credits), and other courses which require an MS/RD or RD/PhD to teach.A full listing of undergraduate courses is available at: https://bulletins.psu.edu/university-course-descriptions/undergraduate/nutr/. Salary is dependent on and commensurate with education and experience. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue to be accepted until all vacancies are filled. Potential part-time work is for the current and upcoming academic years.
