The Education Abroad office located within Penn State Global at University Park is the primary administrative office facilitating education abroad opportunities at all Penn State campuses. Education Abroad professionals manage semester and yearlong, summer, faculty-led, embedded, and internship programs inclusive of recruitment, advising, record keeping in addition to a wide array of financial and administrative duties.Penn State Global is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion for all employees and students; we value individuals of all perspectives and backgrounds in our collaborative, respectful, and globally engaged environment.Job Description and Position Requirements

The Education Abroad office is seeking a part-time student employee to begin in the fall 2024 semester and continue through the spring 2025 semester. A student selected for this position will assist our Academic Services team.

Job Duties

Primary responsibilities may include:

Conduct administrative tasks and general office duties like document scanning and filing

Organize and maintain data in spreadsheets

Complete additional projects assigned by their supervisor.Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants should have strong communication and organization skills

Applicant should be proficient with Microsoft Office 365
