Job Description

The Inside Sales Specialistwill play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The individuals in the role must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, andclosing sales.

Qualifications

• Directly source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
• Make outbound cold calls and emails to prospective business partners
• Obtain detailed information on customer needs and requirements
• Work closely with channel partners to maintain, grow, and share best practices
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Work within CRM system to turn generation leads into business partners
• Perform related work and additional duties as requested/assigned by supervisor

• BA/BS degree required
• 1 - 2 years of proven inside sales experience preferred not required
• If no inside sales experience,ability to demonstrate customer service qualities
• Track record of over-achieving quota and/or exceeding customer service level agreements preferred
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM preferred
• Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team and fast paced environment
• Strong phone presence and experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and other Office tools
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills

• Must be able to regularly access and use general office equipment including phones, computers, copiers, etc.
• Must be able to work in a busy, often distracting work environment that is generally climate controlled.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds unassisted on an occasional basis.
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
• Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time.
