Adecco is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team in Warminster, PA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate support.Why Adecco?

Qualifications:
2-3 years of relevant hotline experience
Hotline experience is a must; call center experience is not.
Contract experience
Data entry experience
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Note: Candidates with more than 10 years of experience will not be considered for this role.Responsibilities:
Processing service and meter applications
Setting meters within Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and MDM systems
Potentially answering New Business Hotline calls
Performing other related liaison tasks
