As an Equipment Technician, you'll ensure machines run at peak efficiency through set-up, adjustment, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs.
Responsibilities include:
Performing set-up, operation, and maintenance of mail inserter equipment
Coordinating with Inventory Control for material availability
Conducting preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
Training operators on basic machine operationsJob Requirements:
High School Diploma
Ability to read/write basic English
Mechanical Aptitude

1 - 3 years: print, direct mail, bindery, and/or fulfillment industry. Preferable (but not mandatory) to have experience with any or all of the following:
CMC Inserters
Ehret Cutters
MBO Folders
Spedo Cutters
Bowe Cutters
Kirk-Rudy Card Attachers
Ink Jets
Solix Sorters
Swing Arm Inserters
and/or CMS equipment preferred (preferred)
2 years: electronic and mechanical troubleshooting experience on automated manufacturing equipment (preferred)Skills
Ability to read and write basic English (preferred)
Mechanical aptitude (preferred)
Basic computer skills (preferred)
Detail oriented (preferred)
Lean Manufacturing (preferred)
Safety team / Safety training (preferred)
