This is an on-site position, 3-4 days per weeks withscheduling flexibility.Employee istasked with overall management, marketing, and leasing/renting of several commercial units, residential properties, vacation rentals, and storage units.Applicant must have experience in QuickBooks
3-5 years previous office experience required
Social Media and Web Marketing skills experience a plus
Strong Quick Books skills and a working knowledge of bookkeeping necessary
Strong computer skills necessary, proficient in Microsoft Office and online vacation rental platforms
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently, yet a dedicated team member
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
