Regular attendance essential

Able to pass drug screen and background check

Ensure that proper documentation is complete prior to delivery.

Transport U-Haul equipment between plant and centers.

Able to use mobile electronic transfer programs

Examine equipment to verify operational function and quality.

Test-drive U-Haul vehicles and equipment to certify their quality.

Team Members are expected to willingly lend assistance in additional areas as necessary, following the directives and guidance of their supervisor.

Plant Transfer/Test Driver Minimum Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license

D.O.T. certification if required (can be sponsored by U-Haul)

Adhere to all local state and federal vehicular regulations while driving.

Physical Demands: The work requires some physical exertion, such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
