Our dedicated employees deliver a better banking experience and exceptional customer service to our customers.The Commercial Services Specialist performs a variety of complex duties and administrative tasks relating to the processing and evaluation of commercial documentation. This individual will collaborate across functional lines to achieve common organizational goals and superior customer service.Job duties:
Prepare a variety of loan forms, letters, documents, and maintain various logs
Coordinate with lenders and external vendors to collect and prepare all required documents
Ensure loan packages are complete and documentation is correctly prepared within required timelines
Input and maintain required transaction and processing records according to procedures
Send and receive wires for payments of commercial loans with regard to participations, Swap loans, and any other loans as needed
Cross train and assist Commercial Services team as needed
Skills and Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of specialized commercial or consumer credit servicing experience with knowledge of current commercial & consumer lending laws and regulations
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
General knowledge of loan application policies and procedures, as well as documentation required by underwriters and government agencies when needed
Proficient reading, writing, grammar, communicative, and mathematical skills
Ability to multi-task, problem solve, and strong attention to detail
Minimum of five (5) years of specialized commercial & consumer credit servicing experience with knowledge of current commercial & consumer lending laws and regulations(preferred)
