Join a dynamic, growing team that offers healthcare providers an array of medical technology solutions that make a difference in patients’ lives.Position SummaryTeleflex is seeking a People Analytics Analyst to join our HR Technology department reporting into the Manager, People Analytics. The People Analytics Analyst assists with the development and maintenance of standard reports, dashboards, visualizations, and related documentation for end-users while ensuring the appropriate security model is in place to safeguard employee data from unauthorized or inappropriate use. They maintain and support reporting related to US Compliance reporting and internal/external auditing for HR Data. They work with the Manager, People Analytics to ensure that the analytical capabilities meet existing and new business needs while applying the appropriate business analysis.The People Analytics Analyst complies with the HR Employee Data Management governance model and utilizes audit reports to identify errors and/or deficiencies; proactively utilizes reporting tools to identify data integrity issues and works to ensure employee and company structure data elements are updated correctly; understands data privacy and protection requirements and work with Data Protection Office resources as needed to ensure global compliance.The People Analytics Analyst supports and assists with HCM administrative shared services support functions as needed, including HCM-related implementation initiatives, mergers & acquisition related integrations, HCM updates and upgrades, configuration changes, data integrations and other related activities.Principal Responsibilities
Respond to business needs to develp, automate and enhance standard reports, dashboards, and visualizations within SuccessFactors HCM, Power BI or other analytics tools.
Keep up to date with new reporting tools from SuccessFactors or others and assist with implementing new tools as needed.
Support compliance-related reporting including government reporting.
Share administration responsibilities of the global HCM platform, including updates and upgrades, monitoring the roadmap, designing dashboards.
Respond to reporting incidents/requests from stakeholders.
Education / Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; A degree in data science, computer science, or other similar discipline preferred
Minimum of 1 year experience with Analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Experience with SuccessFactors HCM preferred
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
Business Analysis (requirement gathering) skills with a strong bias towards User Experience
Ability to work with confidential materials and employee information in a professional manner
Easily partners with colleagues and can collaborate across the globe
Analytical & creative problem solving skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills at all organizational levels
Understanding of HR systems, analytics, processes and data
Clear understanding of organizational charts and related data elements
Aptitude towards process improvement and project management skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Ability to drive collaboration, responsiveness and cross functionality along with customer service within the organization and customer base
