Position:Manager, Application DevelopmentLocation:Wayne, PA (100% Remote)Description of work to be performed:Responsible for all phases of project life cycle, including definition, time and work estimates, application design and analysis, development, testing, documentation, and implementation; lead the contracted Offshore Development Team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications. Collaborate with onsite vendor development lead to ensure effectiveness of the overall vendor development team, the code review process with vendor offshore technical leads, and provide process improvement recommendations. Implement best practice procedures for technology and coding standard solutions through review, analysis, and interpretation of business and functional requirements. Support the Client Connectivity/Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) business and its Business-to-Business (B2B)/System to System integrations with Loan Organization systems and product and pricing engines using Boomi, Application Programming Interface (API), Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO), Extensible Markup Language (XML), and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) technologies. Perform analysis of customer and partner requirements and create or approve detailed program design specifications for high complexity user interfaces. Maintain detailed systems documentation, including user manuals and technical manuals. Co-ordinate and track for completion of the development activities of the contracted development team. Prepare and review operational reports and project progress reports.Qualifications / Requirements:Bachelor's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science or a related field and six (6) years of progressively responsible post-bachelor's degree related experience. The position also requires 4 years utilizing integration tools such as Intel ESG, BizTalk, Informatica, or Mulesoft designing and developing SOAP and/or REST based interfaces and API toolkits utilizing XML and JSON to support external B2B and System to System integrations; 4 years developing integrated solutions with Agile or Scrum in Financial/Mortgage industry; 4 years managing, deploying, and supporting APIs and integrations for internal and external integrations; 4 years implementing API, Web Services, ESB, or SOA frameworks to build workflow; 3 years utilizing Boomi to implement transformations as well as internal and external API based integrations with trading partners; 3 years mentoring, directing, training, and reviewing code developed by staff. Telecommuting Permitted. 100% remote role. When not telecommuting, must report at Radian Guaranty, Inc., 550 East Swedesford Road, Suite 350, Wayne, PA 19087. 40 hrs/wk, 8:00am-5:00pm, M-F, $150,380.00 per year.Radian Guaranty, Inc. will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
