Johnson Controls is currently hiring for 2 Welder Assemblers for our 2nd Shift Team We offer competitive pay, benefits, and lots of room to grow!What Will I do?Perform difficult hand welding operations on a wide range of metals, ferrous and non-ferrous, for package units and other complex assembliesAble to weld dissimilar metals, layout, cut and fit parts to meet drawing tolerances.Weld to high strength and pressure requirements according to ASME code and produce clean welding finishes.Operate all types of hand or semi-automatic electric machines and oxyacetylene for welding.Maintain clean, safe work area and equipment according to 5S standards.Follow all safety policies, procedures and JHRAQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDWelding experience (prior certification preferred)Experience operation forklifts, cranes, or electric pallet jacks preferred.Apply now for consideration!Starting rate $30.16/hr2nd Shift 2pm to 10pm, Monday through Friday, with mandatory overtime as needed!
