Weston is looking for an Estimator/Project Manager to lead commercial renovation, repair, or expansion projects. This role involves collaborating with 1 to 2 major stakeholders, typically including the client (U.S. Postal Service and A&E firms), the Weston project team, and subcontractors. The Estimator/Project Manager will assemble the project team, manage the project scope, schedule, risks, and budget to ensure Weston's commitments and financial goals are met and communicated accurately and timely.
Location: Northeast region of The United States i.e., NY, NJ, PA, MD, MI, OH

Manages and communicates project changes with the client.
Consistently meets planned project profitability and metrics.
Assists with proposal efforts, including subcontractor identification, scoping, costing, estimating, and profitability planning.
Proactively identifies project issues and develops corrective action options.
Prepares and submits invoices accurately and on time, monitors accounts receivable, and recommends actions on overdue accounts.
Ensures compliance with Weston purchasing and subcontracting requirements.Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
8+ years of experience in field construction and estimation, with 2+ years as a Project Manager.
Experience managing fixed price and cost-reimbursable projects.
Familiarity with RSMeans and/or eGordian.
Managed budgets of $50K-$1M+.
Proven ability to track costs, forecast expenses, and provide accurate estimates.
Strong communication skills for coordinating and negotiating with subcontractors, clients, and management.
Ability to delegate and engage support staff effectively.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
Demonstrated ability to lead project teams of moderate size and complexity.
Promotes relationships between team members and client representatives.
Able to lead a geographically dispersed team.
Can adapt to changing conditions and collaborate as needed.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience with USPS construction/repair projects.
Estimating experience for building renovations, repairs, parking lot expansions, and security upgrades.
Familiarity with Job Order Contracts (JOC) or other fixed-price contracts is a plus.
PMP or CCM certification.
Proficient in Procore or similar construction management software, with the ability to adapt to new tools.
