Under the direction of the VP, Human Resources, the Human Resources (HR) Generalist will support and manage a broad range of internal and external Human Resources matters. This position serves as a key resource to team members, managers, and leadership and plays an important role in supporting the organization’s people strategy, culture, and continued growth. The HR Generalist will assist with the development, implementation, and administration of organizational guidelines, policies, and procedures; resourcing, onboarding, development, performance management, and retention; team member engagement and satisfaction; employee relations and issue resolution; payroll and benefits administration; and the organization and maintenance of accurate and confidential employee data and records. The HR Generalist will partner closely with the VP, Human Resources and leadership across the organization to support a high-performing, collaborative, and positive workplace culture.
