If yes, then we want to hear from you.This position is eligible for a Hybrid work schedule (3 or more days onsite a week) and will be based out of our Noblesville, IN location.A generous relocation package is available.Job Summary:Trane Technologies’ Life Science Solutions business is looking for a new Upstream Sr. Product Manager. As the Sr. Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the product management team responsible for the blood and clinical precision temperature-controlled product portfolio. The product manager is responsible for strategy, cross-functional team leadership, life-cycle management, multigenerational product plans, new product development programs, commercialization, customer research, and go-to market strategy. The product manager will be fully responsible for and accountable to meeting or exceeding revenue growth targets, maintaining or growing market share and expanding margin. We are looking for someone who enjoys spending time in the market to understand their problems and find innovative solutions for the broader market.Seeking a high-energy, results driven product management professional capable of articulating a strategic vision and executing that vision to deliver business results. This person should have excellent communication and executive presence, ability to lead through influence, and be seeking a highly visible opportunity to grow and develop on a general manager track.Responsibilities:

Leader of a cross functional team including the Product Manager, Operations Leader, and Engineering leader in collaboration with the sales leader focused on driving profitable growth.

Managing the Helmer Scientific product line life cycle from strategic planning to end of life, with primary responsibility for new development projects from the beginning of Idea Phase through the end of Development Phase.

Specifying and prioritizing market problems for current and future product offerings by conducting market research (including VOC), supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.

Defining and driving the product roadmap to determine competitive and differentiated offerings across service, connected solutions, and walk-in products and achieving target levels of revenue and profitability for the business.

Perform market analysis, including analyzing competitor offerings, regional dynamics, segmentation, user/buyer profiles, and leverage the knowledge to position our products/services for success.

Develop product specifications and requirements through the new product development (NPD) process and effectively collaborate between all stakeholders to ensure timely release of new products

Managing product pricing strategy, in support of the business strategic plan development.

Analyzing potential partner relationships to augment the product portfolio.

Key liaison with channel sales strategy; Maintain trusted connection with top channel customers and influential end user customers.

Provides leadership, coaching, training and feedback to direct reports; defines expectations, monitors and evaluates performance, appropriately rewards and holds team members accountable.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.Technical bachelor’s preferred. MBA or Master’s degree with marketing experience preferred.

8+ years of marketing/product management experience of an industrial or B2B product

Knowledgeable in product development, launch and lifecycle management processes

Track record in achieving or exceeding business objectives on a consistent basis.

Experience working in Life Sciences market, including drug development & manufacturing, research, blood/plasma and clinical segments preferred.

Experience leading others preferred.

Base Compensation Range: $170,000-$250,000 inclusive of base salary and incentive.Disclaimer: This base salary range is based on US national averages.
